So holy shit. I just realized there's a brush pen in the pens I recently ended up with and started fucking around with it. THIS IS THE GREATEST THING EVER. I feel like I have found my home holy god this is amazing.

Had an interview today.  Was so nervous I think I flubbed it.  FUCK.  Still, I have years of experience in that position, so maybe they will hire me anyway.  Maybe not.  Fuck, fuck, fuck. Trying to make myself ink/color one thing every day, but I am the WORST at disciplining myself, so it's like, a burst of three days of stuff, followed by four of laxity.  Maybe I should shoot for one a week instead.  Hm... If I don't get this job, maybe I will try to go back to school instead.  I'd love to study illustration, although CompSci would be neat too, and there are lots of languages I want to learn... Why does time go by so fast?

So I have a few friends who are artists like myself - which is to say they have wonderful creative talents that they don't get to exercise anywhere near enough.  One of these friends has a kickass basement decorated with posters and shelves of graphic novels and dvds and all that sort of thing, which he has expressed an interest in using as a party spot.  My idea: Ask him to host a monthly art-fest in his basement where we can all get together and draw and maybe come up with challenges or something like this.  We can bring our own drinks and get wasted and spend the night in his spare room (he has expressed a willingness for this to happen as
